The worst M3 ever? and a tradition breaker?
The sad thing is a friend of a friend collects M3's and he stated that the new M3 is not only the most expensive, but it is his least favorite of them all. I also saw one driving down the road, and the exhaust was very loud and almost annoying. I hope the owner modified the car to seek attention, because if that is how it sounds at speeds below 20mph then all I can say is Oh my BMW....

While I know the new M3 handles perfectly, and is fast....I cannot get excited about it at all. When I had my 2005 M3 w/Competition Pkg., it looked so hot, and you can always tell an E46 M3 on the road. I have seen about 3-4 new M3s on the road, and it just looks like a 335i with better wheels. As much as I love BMW M cars, the new M3, IMO, is boring!! I know the new C63 AMG is more conservative looking, but I'd take one in a heartbeat over an new M3 or Lexus!
