The left Bi-zenon works sometimes....sometimes not. I get the error in the dash, but then after a few minutes it will go off and the bulb is working again. Usually it happens on cold start ups. The right one works fine though, we have a problem with the assembly "floating" around and it's constantly out of adjustment.

Brecht BMW must think I am a retard or something because they told me it was a loose connection and they fixed it. I complained and they gave me the you don't know what your talking about, we are the experts speech. I work in the repair industry and I am getting the run around, probably because they don't want to replace the ignitors or assembly's.

Is there anyone in BMW I can talk to over Brecht's head?

Related issue: Adaptive headlights

I have a 2004 330 CiC that I thought had a problem with the adaptive bi-xenon's. It seemed that the lights did not always swival as I turned the wheel. I called my service consultant and he said that 2004 CiC xenon's weren't adaptive. I begged to differ and he said to bring it in.

After looking at the owner's manual one more time, I found that the adaptive feature only works when the lights are in the 'automatic' position.

I emailed the consultant so he would be 'educated' and didn't have to bring it in, after all.
