15 days @ Processing Center

My car has been in the "Processing Center" mode for 10 days. Starting to get frustrated. It docked in NY on the 15th and I live in Upstate NY. Sales rep, says no problems, it on its way, but after reading many posts 10 days seems like a long time.

Any thoughts?

A week to 10 days is very normal. Mine was there for about two weeks before it was shipped to my dealer. That took about another 5 days.

I believe mine took about 7-10 days, and I read of others that took > 2 weeks. Sometimes the VPC gets backed up. Be sure to ask for the VPC report ... they supposedly ship every car to the dealer with a VPC report which details any repairs that were necessary.

I would imagine they don't just ship one car at a time either. I'm probably going to be in the same situation in a few days. grrr....

Congrats, you must be excited as h3ll!

Thanks everyone

Very Excited & just needed a little cool down. I almost wish the sales rep would have never told me about the online and phone tracking.

A lot easier just to say thank you for the order, you can pick up your car in two months.

I can imagine. However, once you get that driver's seat adjusted to your liking it's going to be pure exhilaration from that point forward!

14 days and counting

Its now been 14 days since my car was unloaded. Sales Rep still says no problem, but I am getting worried. Hopefully all my pain will end tomorrow!

If it makes you feel any worse, my car was in my driveway 3-4 days after it was unloaded.......

I wonder if they sent your car to the Yukon Territory by mistake? I will check with my buddy in Moosejaw to see if any bimmers showed up and then left recently.....

[pray] to the BMW Gods with you.......
