128 or 135 models

Has anyone got any info on the new 128 or 135 bmw's. I have a 2000 328i and am thinking about getting the new 128 or 235. Would this be a step down from a 3 series? I have heard that these new bmw's really fly espically the 135 as it is supposed to have twin turbos. Any feedback?

Yes the 1-Series would be considered a step down and probably less roomy as well. And yes the 135 has the same twin turbo motor as the 335i.

I just bought a 2005 325Ci and they just got a 128 vert on the lot. The salesmen said it was actually pretty fast and nimble. it is about 8 or 81/2 inches shorter than the 3 series.
