18" WHEEL/RIM upgrade

hey I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if I change the rims/ wheels to the 18" from the factory 16" will I need to adjust anything to the shocks, suspension, struct bar, and etc...? PLease get back to me your input is greatly appreciated..thank you

ummm...it's really up to you. i've done it in the past and there're really no need to change anything at all. i upgraded from 16s to 18s and drove with 18s for over a year without any problems at all. it also depends on the weight of the rims/tires combination that you are getting. if you get those multipiece ones (which are heavier), then you might consider making other upgrades (such as suspension, possibly will need to replace brakes more often). if the weight isn't an issue, you should be fine. go with the lighter 18s. you could also check out www.tirerack.com and ask them for suggestions. goodluck.
