2001 325i ready to be fixed up... suggestions?

Hi! welp, I live in Miami, big racing city, anyway I have a little money to fix up my car, but well other then the overpriced things the dealer shows me i have no idea what to do to my car, I'd appreciate any suggestions because by the pics you guys have awesome cars... what should i do to my car?

oh and im attaching pix but bare with me as this is the first time ive ever posted on any board... i hope it works, either way except for the spoiler and 2 stickers my car is stock...

Normally you should start with the basics.

1) Intake
2) Exhaust
3) Performance Chip

everybody here seems to favor remus for an exhaust... so ill look into that but its very expensive... as for the intake... any suggestions? i only have about 400 dollars though... well so far that is... and the chip... well i wish i lived in ohio, i have a college buddy whose parents live in ohio and ya her parents own a bmw shop and they fix them up.... very nicely! and the chip would be free for me there... anyway...

im looking for something to give my car looks not power really... i have enough power to handle this part of the city...
