2002 325ci Coupe Brake Lights

My bottom 2 brake lights just stopped working all of a sudden. The 3rd brake light in the window still works. Would this be a fuse problem? or would it be a bulb problem?? Any help would be greatly appreciated because when I look at the fuse panel in the glove box, it says that #9 is the fuse to the brake lights. But there is no #9 fuse slot with the other fuse slots. It goes from 6,7,8, 10, 11... I am highly confused.

If the Graphic display shows the status of your brake lights, it may be a bulb problem. I from time to time get one damaged never two at the same time. It'll be easier to check your brake bulbs than trying to go thru the fuse box.
