Two months ago we traded in a 2000 BMW 323i @ ~60k mi for a loaded 2002 BMW 330Ci with 48k miles. Although it was an upgrade, there were a few minor problems:
  • Front-right speaker rattles (low frequencies)
  • Rear-right subwoofer rattles (low frequencies)
  • Rear-left passenger seat is missing a belt buckle!
  • Moonroof cover is off the track

Will the dealer will be able to fix these problems using the warrenty? My 323i never had those problems, and it was older!

There's a Cardomain link to the car in my sig.....

Speaker is hit or miss. You're likely to get a "can't replicate problem" or "they're all like that" response, however I have heard of some dealers replacing the speaker or fixing the problem somehow.

Moonroof is a common problem. If it's still under warranty, they can replace it no problem. I've had it happen to my car (altho the tech left some dirty handprints all over my roofliner).

now the belt buckle. That's kinda strange. Are you sure it didn't just fall in btw the seats? If it really is missing, they shouldn't bother you too much about replacing it.

The main thing is if it's under warranty.
