2005+ 3-series Coupes

Does anyone have any information as to how the next generation coupes will look like, I've seen the sedans ( ) but not the coupe...

I guess it is too early for anything on the web??

I also wanna add that BMW rules...for some reason the exhaust on my 330ci owns all other exhausts and it is just stock. Everytime I accelerate it's like this roar that resonates and makes you feel all powerful and stuff.

I think it's a bit too early. All we know is that they will be called the 4-series Coupes. 3-series will be Sedans only.

Yeah, the new tail lights aren't so great. They are nice, but they look very Japanese.

Hmm....I think I might try Mercedes next time around ( the only good looking BMWs left are the super expensive ones m6, m4) :-(

I agree the new cars are leaving something to be desired in terms of design. I just hope they dont mangle the 3 series coupe. e46 live on forever!!! THe new clk's are pretty sweet, but I cant stand it that benz doesnt have any cars worth buying in stick...except maybe the c32. Although I wouldnt be opposed to having an sl sitting in my driveway.

okay edit to my previous post. Just saw the 3 series coupe pics. oh man...its definitely different. I can't decide if I hate it because Im just not used to it, or if I hate it because I love mine so much. For now...I hate it. We'll see though...Damn you bangle!!

If you look at Mercedes, it seems like every model year their cars just keep getting better (except for the C-coupe). Stylish, elegant, and everything else. The reason I bought a BMW was because the current was fresh and like no other car out there...this new direction they are heading in seems to be a hybrid of every car maker out there. For example, I dropped by the local BMW dealership a few weeks and to my surprise they had 4-5 5-series out in the front on display...one word...ghastly. They honestly looked worse than the Pontiac Aztec (which is a very difficult thing to achieve). I was planning on buying the 3-coupe again once my lease was up but now I think I might look in another direction..(atleast until I can afford the 7!!! )

I personally think that the new S4 is not worth its price as far as styling, exterior and interior. It honestly looks like an A4 with chrome side view mirrors...Ofcourse, it is still a powerful car but sometimes power isn't everything. I think that the BMW m3 outclasses it a bit and the S4 should not be worth as much as an m3. But that's just me! [|)]

new models usually look funny, but it grows on you.. that being said, the new 3/4 series looks ugly!! but alas it'll grow on me, and i'll look back at the e46 and go, eh, it had a good run.
