325 CI 2001/2002! Newer year high KM's or Older but lower KM's???

This will be my first BMW.

I'm looking into a 325CI with tiptronic. I'm not sure if I should go for a 2001 with lower KM's or 2002 with higher KM's for the same price cash.....

What's more improtant year or KM's?

I found a 2002 with 119 KM's for 18,000 CAD. Is that a good deal or should I wait for a 2001 for the same price but lower KM's?

Any suggestions please
