I have a 2005 325CI with the sport rims, the 5 spokes, I am thinking of powder coating them black, but I don't know much about it. I like the rims and figure it will be cheaper than buying new black rims and tires. What do you guys think?

Powder coating is not too expensive and will be less than new rims. I was quoted about $100.00 per rim to sand blast, prep and powder coat mine. I found a used set of M roadster rims that were already powder coated and paid $450.00 for them.
