325Ci 05 Rear Bumper

Does anybody know how to replace a rear bumper and all its parts? And is there a molding for that?
I got hit from behind, and this bodyshop is quite sloppy. Charged an arm and leg bad painting job and because they couldn't close the gap between the bumper and my body, THEY SUPERGLUED IT!!!!! my brand new BM.

umm, how much was the estimate and did u go thru insurance? if so, u can contact ur insurance adjuster and show them the lousy repair and request it be fixed again.

even if u paid out-of-pocket u should still go to a bmw-authorized (and/ or reputable) body shop. they will give u a good deal for doing the same quality work, because u'll go back when u do have a major repair.

Auto body shops suck. So much crap goes on there, you would
pass out if you knew all the stunts they pull off.
