325is Radio Installation?

Just got this 325 and there is a cassette player in it...=/
I want to switch it to a nice head unit with a cd player. This thing looks complicated...so any suggestions??

First your car is an E36, not an E30 so I am moving your post to the E36 forum. Lastly I would advise you to go to Crutchfiled's and there you can enter your vehicle information and they will recommend units. If you purchase they provide install guides and advise.
