330 CI Lower Grill replacement

Does anyone know how to replace the lower grill on a 2002 330 CI? This is the grill between the fog lights.

do you mean you need a new part or just directions how to do it...if parts go to www.bavauto.com and u can find the part or call your local BMW center if u need directions you can also call BMW

Thanks. I have the new part just need instructions on how to repace the grill. Will call the dealer.
