330i Driver Seat Noise

I have a 2004 330i with the performance package. Have had it for only about 1500 miles now and already been to service 5 times for a squeaking noise in the driver's seat which is driving me crazy. So far they have not been able to fix or even help the situation. I think the next step is for them to replace the seat base. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just started hearing this damn noise! When I accelerate, the plastic base just squeaks...I dont bring it in, because I know they cannot fix it, unless, like you say, they replace the whole thing. But even then, it could start up again. I dont know how bad yours is, but mine is still manageable...maybe because i usually have the radio on pretty loud. Maybe some screw need to be loosened up a bit? I think you are better off trouble shooting yourself, those guys at the dealership could give a rats ass! IMO

Well, I am having the base replaced Wednesday. Hopefully that will help as I should not have to listen to the radio or CD's all the time. It would be nice just to listen listen to the car once in awhile. Shouldn't have these problems when I spend that kind of money.

Squeaking occurs on all left hand turns and any time I press in the clutch.
