No such thing as a 330i under $35k... In that case you should go for a well equipped 325i, there really isn't much acceleration difference between the two. (If thats why you want a 330i) They both top out at 130mph and the 3.0 is a second quicker than the 2.5 one.
By the way BMW of Bayside has a new jetblack 330i (40k msrp if i remember correctly) in their showroom but it's a 2003 model. They tried to sell it to me for $37k, I'm sure you can push them down to $35,000 they really wanna sell it. I'd look into it...
