92 325 A Pillar Question

Hey everyone I am new to this forum since I just picked up a 92 325i Sedan and have some questions.

Does anyone know if the A pillars for the E36 convertible and E36 sedan are the same?

Also what year E36's Share the same on board computer display with my 92?

I am looking for 2 Black replacements for my sedan and I found 2 for a vert on ebay....

OK, so you mean the A Pillar PLASTIC TRIM?? That's a *totally different* question. The A Pillar is the windshield frame/support structure, not the trim.

The A Pillar in a convertible is most certainly different. I suspect the trim is also different, but I guess it's remotely possible that it might be the same.

If you go to http://REALOEM.COM/BMW you can look at the online parts catalog for each model, and in theory compare the part numbers between the two cars to figure it out.

isnt the windshield tilted back more on the vert than the sedan?
i know the hood and fenders are slightly longer on the coupes.
