Not sure what this is but i hear a clinking noise coming from around the rear right tire when im in neutral usually slowing down. I thought this could be a bearing or maybe something with the gear changer. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Does it occur repetitively (such as every wheel revolution - click click click click) or just one time, such as only when you depress the clutch?

Best way to diagnose it is to jack up the rear of the car and turn the wheel by hand. I have heard a dragging Emergency Brake shoe make this type of noise, as Dan suggested. Could also be a CV joint that is failing.

Probably not a wheel bearing, they make a rumbling noise resonate thru the body when they start to fail.
