Advice on rims and pricing

My buddy wants to sell me his rims so I can use them for the winter. They are off his 2001 330i (which he sold a while ago). No damage, looks well maintained.

What is a reasonable asking price?

i would have to say under 1000$ shipped ... with good tires (mounted and balanced) and also no curb rash on the rims ... good luck finding them ...

took me 2 months to find a good set of style 96's on ebay...

call around different tire stores in your area for refurb rims pricing, both for buying and for selling. spliting the difference 50, 50 would prolly be a good price right?

like if they sell one for 200 and buys it back for 100, then 150 is a good price imo. 7 x 17's are a good size for putting on snows. you prolly won't have to, but call your dealership to find out about the wheel offset size to make sure, but i think you'll be ok..
