Welp, I am about to do my first oil change on my bimmer. I got the oil filter, mobil 1 oil (5w-30) and an oil extractor to do the job.
Does anyone have some advice and gotchas for me to look out for when changing my oil? I've never changed oil before and want to make sure I don't mess anything up since it is really important to maintain the engine. I haven't looked around much myself, but does anyone know a great HOWTO site that I can go to that will help me change it with pictures and instructions for the novice? Thanks in advance!!
