On my 2001 330CI, if i hold down my Keyless entry for a while (5 sec), my windows and moon roof goes down. However, i can't figure out how to put it back up using the remote control. HELP !!!!

Also, what is the two buttons on the steering wheel right under the CD Track that shows a human head for? I can't seem to figure out what it does.

I don't have a Manual. That's why i have all this questions....Thanks.

I never knew about the windows and moonroof opening with the key, but on our '03 330ci you can hold down the 'lock' button, the little BMW badge, and that closes all of the open windows.

Edit: The 'head' is usually for the phone feature I believe, if your car isn't equipped with it, it's basically useless. I think it also works for voice commands for controls, but again, if not equipped, won't work.

In the US, we don't have remote closing. Prolly has something to do with people suing if they accidentally get caught in the closing window. Opens only. Kinda retarded since it will close if you stick your key in the doorlock and turn it and hold it there.

Those buttons are used if you have the bmw cellphone installed or the bluetooth kit installed.

T close all the windows/sunroof back up, simply insert your key into the keyhole on the driver door and turn right and hold for about 5-10 seconds (right for "lock").

This will close everything back up.

Also, if you turn your car off and tap the "high Beam" once, your lights will stay illuminated for about 30 sec. to help guide you in the dark.

There's lots of nifty little stuff like this in our cars...most don't know about them.
