AntiLock VS Drunk Driving

I thought I fixed my AntiLock when that post on the fuse fix came out, well anyways tonight a drunk driver tried to crash his car, I was going about 50 behind a Yellow Xterra and all of a sudden he swerved into a sign and started to spin on the road, so I slammed the brakes, then Antilock decided it would be a good time to shut off, so I flew in the ditch, So about 10 seconds later a cop drives by and sees me standing by my car, then my friend in his 190 calls me and asks where I am, he was driving next to the xterra, but we didn't know where the xterra went, so we told the cop he went straight, I was pretty pissed off because I just smashed my car into a ditch, and If I was 8 feet later I would have smoked a nice Phone Pole. We found the Xterra in a neighborhood right by where I flew off, called the cops, needless to say he got his ass arrested, the cop said he was so drunk, and his wife wouldn't let them talk to the driver or anything.

Is there something wrong with the hood as well? You took a picture of it is why I ask. I couldn't see anything wrong with it.

A few days back I had a close call myself while in my 325e. A rollback truck with a Jeep Wagoneer on the back slipped out of park and came rolling down onto the highway. Being the lead car in a group just getting off work, you know everyone was obaying the speed limit HA. I seen the truck but thought the guy was just backing up to the ditch to unload the jeep. Hmmm, nut is going kind of fast there... When the back duals came off the ground as it went through the ditch I quickly noticed no one was in the damn thing. It wasn't going to stop and we were timed just right to hit. For some reason the right front locks up first, when all four were pouring out smoke I couldn't see for a second, windows were down & car filled with tire smoke. Suddenly the truck whizzed by within a few feet of the front bumper. I was a little busy cramming the shifter in reverse in case the truck didn't go straight like it was. I'd been pressing the horn button the the M3 steering wheel out of reflex. That truck would have gone right over my car. The Wagoneer was bouncing up & down but didn't come off. The rollback went on through the median and into teh Northbound lane, everyone managed to stop. I think they seen my smoke cloud & slowed down to see the wreck. There's still four nice long black marks on K15 just in front of Offroad Motorsports which is on a hill there. Sumitomo's sure smoke a lot...
