Any Excellent Body Shops in San Francisco ??

I recently moved to San Francisco. I used to live in NYC. My car has been in near perfect shape (a few minor blemishes that were rubbed out aside) for over a year and a half.
Well today I noticed FOUR thin, inch long deep scratches on the right rear fender.. I have no idea how they got there.
In NY, I had an old friend with an excellent, highly regarded body shop. What do I do now?

The dealer is a safe bet, but I assume that they will rip me off big time.
