Any News on The New 3 Series Coupe ?

My lease is up in March 2006 and I am already worried.

It's been an almost 2 year love affair with my 330ci (which shows no signs of waning, I might add)

Will there even BE a new coupe by 3/06?....There is NO WAY that I am switching to a sedan.

Perhaps I will just keep my 2003 longer.

Any ideas ??

The coupe should be out late 2006, as the sedan is hitting US markets late 2005. The coupes come 1 year after the 'sedan' breaks the waters from past BMW release experience.

I emailed bmwusa just a couple days ago and they said that here is no set date for release of the coupe. It will most likely be as Section 8 says, next year sometime.

Does anyone have any info if the All wheel drive model will come out during the first release of the new 3 series??

yeah theyre going back to their original numbering system, even for coups and ods for 4doors,.

Not sure if you get an answer to your question. My dealer said the AWD 3s will be out in November 2005.

At the Chicago Auto Show, I talked to some corporate BMW guy who said the coupe would be out late 2006 and the convertible not until spring 2007.

That means no new M3 until at least late 07--WOW, that's a long way off.
