Any thoughts on this deal?

Still in the market for my first bimmer. Came across this deal and seeing if anybody has any thoughts. It is a CPO, 2002 325i, 24,260 miles, Steel Gry. Metallic paint, Black Leather, Auto Trans... Also has the Cold Weather, Premium, and Sport package. Dealer is looking for $26,900. and says he has a little room to play. Any thoughts/advice on this make, model pricing etc. would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance to all.

My source tells me he is at the high end of the range. The low end is 22k. I would negotiate with him and or look elsewhere.

Big D said around $22K for low end. I would have to agree. When I bought my 2003 325i with PP and heated seats, I paid $28K. So look in the low 20s for that type of package. Keep searching...or tell the sales man to bring that price down.
