Just got a call from a BIMMER salesman that I have been working with. He says he has the follwing vehicle that he can give me for $28,900. Here is the vehicle. Premium Pkg, Cruise Control, Dual Front Air Bags, ABS (4-Wheel), Moon Roof, Telescoping Wheel, Air Conditioning, Power Door Locks, Single Compact Disc, Power Steering, Power Windows, AM/FM Stereo, Front Side Air Bags, Traction Control, Leather, Alloy Wheels, Front door-mounted side-impact airbags, Side-impact interlocking door anchoring system, Fuel cutoff (triggered by airbag deployment), Battery safety terminal, Front seat side-impact tube-deployed head protection system (HPS), Height adjustable front safety belts w/automatic tensioners force limiters, Daytime running lights, Crash sensors automatically turn on hazard/interior lights & unlock doors
Is 28,900 a decent deal? Also, it CPO, so the warranty is good until 11/30/2010.
Once again, thanks to all. [:)]

You do not say what year the car is or how many miles are on it? A lot of the safety features you list are standard on all BMWs at this time and do not add value to the car. Tell us what year and the mileage and we will see what we think.

Sorry about that, I copied and pasted from the companies web site. It is a 2005 BMW 325I, Silver Metallic Paint, 9K miles. The salesman said that it was their loaner car.

I think the price is decent, it is too new to be rated by the NADA and KKB sites. Usually, even though they may be driven hard, dealerships will maintain their loaners well. With 9k on it it could hardly be damaged! The only other thing I would do is call around and see if any other dealers have a CPO's 05 325i and what they are asking for it. Best of luck.

Take it for a testdrive and see how it drives... Also are you located in a city? A city loaner car is guaranteed crap... I would tell the salesman you want a test drive and then offer him 27k or if you're hot for the car 27,500 if it's in excellent condition.

Not always, I bought a loaner/salesmans demo years ago and it was the most well maintained car I ever owned. Not a mark on it, drove it over 200k with never a problem, oh and it was from a dealership in a large city. Heck with 9k on the clock it could hardly have been damaged. I agree test drive it, have it inspected, and make a offer!

The car was a loaner vehicle at a local dealership, not located in a major city; so that is not a concern. I saw the ycar yesterday, and it looks CLEAN; I was unable to test drive, because they were closed.
