I don't know of an assembly line website per se, but you can track the general status of your order on www.bmwusa.com . Go to the Owner's Circle link and create a new account. You can then enter your order number (as I recall) and it will tell you status like "Scheduled for Production", "In Production", "Production Complete", etc.
Depending on who they use to ship it, you might also track the progress of the boat at http://www.2wglobal.com/www/customerCentre/index.jsp
Click on the Cargo Tracking link and enter the VIN. It will tell you the ship name, port of call dates, and actual progress of the ship.
