Automatic door unlock

Just got my '02 325 xi a few months ago. Why is it that when I shut off the car only the drivers door unlocks. I have to manually unlock all of the other doors to get my passengers out. This is because that they have no clue why the door requires two pulls to get open.

That sounds like one of the car memory options. You may have to take it to the dealer to have them program it so that all the doors unlock. If they do charge you, it should only cost about $50. It takes them like 5 min to do it. Might as well have them give you the list and you pick all the options.
