average tinting prices

I have a friend of a friend that I can most likley get to tint my windows. Maryland law is 35% all around. What prices have you guys seen for 35% on the front and rear sides and the rear window. The guy would only charge me for the materials cost (but wouldn't look down on a little extra). I would definetly want to pay him a good amount that says thanks but still leaves me getting a good deal.

by the way I just picked up a '01 330i with premium package and a few other nice options. I've had the biggest grin on my face for the past two days, especially while driving.

i paid a bunch for my tint job, 20% titanium just the rears for around 250ish? maybe a bit expensive, but i was satisified w/ the job, no messed up dots or anything, so in the long run, i'm ok w/ the price. think to do the fronts, it was 100 more, but they are illegal in michigan w/out a doctor's note. blah blah.. so i didn't want the hassle.

i dun think there's a much of a price difference in the percentage of tint. it's the matter of material. huper optiks was it? sounded like a good company.. there are some older threads on tinting. i suggest you go there, and see for yourself.

edit: codex57 has huper optiks on his sig file, must've been where i saw it.. ask him.
