Just watched Girl Next Door (great movie by the way). The Z4 looked really cool in that movie.

Now, I don't really like having to admit that I watched this movie, however, I can justify it by saying that my wife rented it and she made me watch it (lol). Having said that, in the movie "The Prince and Me", there is a race at the beginning between a Phoenix Yellow M3 and what I can only assume is a 760Li (it is the queen's limo, and only the best for royalty). Anyways, the movie is barely palatable (okay, I secretly didn't mind it), but the race is interesting since there aren't enough movies that feature BMWs that prominently.

new movie coming out called TAXI and it features 2 M3's and the new M5.....its really kool looking to see those m3's and the m5 in the movie.....like the majority of the movie they are in the cars, i havenot seen it yet, but the movie itself looks stupid....although jimmy fallon is in it.

I haven't seen that movie before, but I bet they put that race in there in the beginning because they knew it was a chick flick and that all these wives would force their husbands to watch it with them. So when all the guys are watching it, they have a really cool BMW race in the beginning that really gets their attention, and then they start the movie with the guy's 100% attention, lol.

Smart. All chick movie writers should do that. Make more money that way if guys didn't struggle as much. That or use hot actresses with some minor nudity/skimpy costumes. Even costumes in olden times can be sexy (see Dangerous Liasons).

That's a really good point because I've been considering renting The Price And Me just to see the M3 and 760Li race each other. But I don't think I will because Julia Stiles grosses me out.

I have the two DVDs of the BMW films (the old ones and new ones) in my changer all the time. Did you hear Clive Owen might be the next James Bond now that they ditched the last one (Brosnan or something?).

Brosnan was way too short. They always had to do quirky camera angles and stuff to make him look imposing. I also thought we was too, I don't know, GAY. The romance in his films was so antiseptic that I always thought he was off to spend a night with his sister. I think we could all agree Sean Connerie (sp?) was the man who made that series?

I think Brosnan looks the most like James Bond. Connery was the best out of the old ones, but I found it hard to want to be James Bonds when the dude is balding.

I just saw the preview for TAXI when we saw Paparizzi this weekend. Did you see the modded red 7 Series that they initially robbed the bank in. And also it looks like they trashed an 8 Series when he tries to comandier a camaro (only about the second or third car back in the pile up).

That was a 7 series? i feel stupid lol it looked like an m5? was there an m5 in there?
