Taking my car in for a transmission replacement I got one hell of POS loaner. A 2003 325i with 9750 miles on it. The thing was all scratched up, the engine vibrates and shakes when you turn it off and even on turns...
Besides that the climate controls gave me a very hard time being able to defog the windows especially the rear, the car smelled like sh*t in the back and if thats not enough the TRANSMISSION SLIPS on a cold startup.
Now here comes the worst part, when driving it the tire went flat which I payed to fix since I couldn't wait 2 1/2 hours for roadside assistance. And now the front tire seems to have lost a lot of air. Meaning they gave me a lemon turned loaner car with unsafe tires. And if thats not enough the spare in the trunk upon turning it over it appeared VISIBLY DEFORMED and defective, meaning I got a car with unsafe tires and no spare WTF! somethings very wrong at BMW of Manhattan.
I brought them a car interior in excellent condition, smelling like leather, no scratches outside, and I get this kind of service. It's enough that my car has a slipping tranny, but this on top of it and I have to pay for gas. I even put premium into it.
It even felt like something was wrong at the dealership (engine sound, turning noise, and tranny acting funny and sqeaking on backing up and going into d) one of the SA's told me the car had just went for inspection and had the oil changed and everythings fine. Funny thing is the OIl service Ind says 2300 something miles that it needs to be changed..
Now its sitting in my driveway with a front tire missing a lot of pressure and I'm really wondering if I should drive it in or have them tow it back since it is really an unsafe car.
Any ideas on what I should do to make sure this car gets taken where it belongs to a JUNKYARD!
