Today at 2 a.m. i went to BP with a couple friends to get a drink, after i got a drink my friend with a truck was on the side of me and i was reversing slowly with my foot on the gas pedal, all of a sudden an enemy of mine hits my in my face through my window and my car hits my friends car and looks like i need a new drivers door, side panel and mirror. I hope thats not over 5 grand... but do you guys think i will have to pay for it, or the guy that hit me in the face? Because he hit me in the face and i sorta blacked out and hit my friend, i made a police report and the guy is now in jail... my dads going to kill me in the morning [kick]

Are you still drunk? You were drinking and driving? If it was alcohol you had before you got in your car, it's not gonna sound too good. Technically, you'd (or your insuance) would have to pay for any damages to your friend's car and yours. Then, you'd have to try and sue that guy who punched you b/c he's the cause of all of this.
yes it was a soft drink, and i never knew my enemy was there in the same parking lot the whole time. But he punched while i was reversing my lovly bmw and i blacked out and my foot pressed ont he gas too hard when i blacked out and hit another vehicle, the person i hit was my friend, i think what my dad wants to do is fix the car and then in court get him to pay for what it costs for the car, its probably going to be a couple of grand. This streight up sucks!

hahaha, no i used to own a 2001 nissan maxima, and he was driving a firebird, and i knew his car would woop my cars ass and i reved my engine and he like got pissed at me for stupid sh*t. Then one day he saw me in public and pushed me so i pulled out my switch blade, so later that night he found me and punched me and ran like a little girlback to his car and i tried to open up his door and he drove off, the reason why i took out a switch blade is because i am 5'9 and he is 6'5, hes a lot bigger then me. But do you think the court will make him pay for the damages done to my car and the car i hit?
see earlier that day he pushed me and i pulled out an aspoton, those things that cops use, and i didnt do anything to him i just pulled it out incase he hit me, im getting charged with simple assault, how long u think ill be in jail, or do you think i will be in jail at all?

yah its like a game to these people, i went to their house to talk to parents and the sister called the cops and lied and said i surrounded her with weapons, i never even went on the girls property, so i have another court date for that as well.
