BMW San Francisco- Any Opinions?

They've got a decent rep. Main problem seems to be to always go over your car in detail for any scratches and stuff and note any stuff and have them sign that acknowledgment form. Then, go over your car in detail after you get it back and see if anything new popped up. Some of their workers aren't exactly careful with customers' cars.

Haven't heard alot from them, but I think you're better off driving across the Bay to Weatherford. They've received a lot of good compliments.

Your best bet is to try them out for yourself. I always find that people have such mixed experiences at dealerships. I have concluded that if you're just a kickass person, the dealership will be cool to you because they know you just kick so much ass.

I've used BMW of SF for the past 2 yrs until my warranty ran out. I have nothing but exemplary service from them. I make sure I see the same SA - Cedric Tong - when I visit. They are quite busy, so make sure you call at least a week in advance for any work done. Just be careful not to leave any valuables in your car, as stated also in their work order. I always find a few parking change missing from the coin slot.
