boston area dealership for servicing..

my 325xi is approaching 20k.. I'm wondering where I should bring it for servicing.. I'm in Natick, so the closest will be Foreign Motors West.. how are they? Where do you guys go for warranty service? TIA!

one of the best around (IMHO) is the BMW Gallery in Norwood

My friends and I go to Foreign Motors West. Obviously call ahead for appointment, they are busy like everyone else, but usually can get appointment for any service within 2 weeks of calling. Service is good, they will wash the car inside and out at the end (make sure you ask for it). For minor service you have the option of waiting. I go there at least twice a year for tire/rim swaps.

I've also been to Herb Chambers in Brighton which is okay, not as responsive as FMW.

FMW has an excellent service department. I had significant issues with my 04 330xi ( transmission) and they did respond.
