Can the Nav be turned into a tuner?

Anyone know if the latest Nav system with the wide screen can be adapted to be a TV tuner/DVD player?

FYI- I've emailed a few aftermarket shops, including 310motoring.com

Let's see what they say.... anyone else interested in this? I figure it's possible as the same unit overseas has the TV option...

go to nav-tv.com. they sell a tuner for your stock navigation unit that can enable video to be played while driving. So yes you can get tv and dvd on your stock nav screen.

My '04 330Ci came with a wide screen TV (including tuner), which doubles as radio tuner/DVD player/Cell phone interface unit and Sat Nav. Though I'm in Australia and we have different levels of equipment, I can't imagine that if you had the wide screen TV that it would only work for Sat Nav.
