I tried the search, but I coudln't find any topics about 3series and 19" rims....

I am checking out alot of 18" rims right now, but a friend told me dude u have a bimmer get 19". I didn't even think you could put 19" on a regular 3, I mean I knew the max was 19 on a M3, but is it correct I can get 19's ?

some of the 18's I've booked marked:

..dang it there are these really cool ones, but the site is down right now and I can't link em, oh well yall can get a taste for my style

Middle one looks nice and yes you can put 19". Just make sure you don't exceed 9" wide in the front or 10" wide in the back.

I think 19" wheels begins to detract from the beauty of the body. 18" is perfect...
How wide can you go without it sticking out like a fricking lowrider? Do you guys stagger the size, like 18.5 back and 18 front?

I'm not entirely positive, but I'm pretty sure 19s require a fender roll. They fit on M3s b/c they already have wider fenders, but regular 3 series need a fender roll to fit 19s I believe. Think about the ride quality too though. I'd stick with 18 max on a 323. With the extra weight and height, not only do you lose ride quality but performance likely would be noticeably affected as well.

18's, or staggered 18/19's are about the max on a 3 series. I have a 323i 2000 myself, the 19's can be done but you would need to get the fender extension kit. The staggered 18/19s would work, but for the price you're going to spend on good tires, I'd stay with 18's all around so you can get some rotation out of those tires.

I actually tossed 18" M3 wheels on, I think it looks extremely tough now, and 'fits' the Bimmer perfectly. Take a look.
