Car and key Memory question and tip

I have an 03 330 Ci in Australia with TV, not SAT NAV but I'm sure this is relevant world wide. I have a print out from the dealer of "Car and key Memory M34.0" settings which lists all the choices you can make. One of the choices is:

"PARK DISTANCE CONTROL
Switch-on message, rear." The choice is active or not active. What does this do if it is active?
My PDC beeps as it should when reversing near things but does this bring up a message on the monitor/TV ? I figured I would have more chance getting a knowledgeable answer from here than asking a dealer.

Also, if "Entrance Aid" is turned on, is the following correct:?
Unlock remote once: unlocks doors.
Unlock remote twice: drivers window only rolls down after opening door to assist entry. Rolls back up upon closing door.
Unlock remote and hold: rolls all windows and sunrooof (for hot days).

I want to confirm this before having it changed.

Also if it helps, there is a setting:
"Comfort Opening, remote control, without hinged window" If you set this to active, your rear hinged windows will not open when you roll all the windows down with the remote, so you don't have to close the buggers manually. (Because they don't close using the auto close function of the remote for safety/ fingers getting caught etc.)

I am not sure about those settings as I have never heard that you can customize the car that way. But I can tell you that if you call up your dealership, they can tell you what you need to know in a heartbeat, as they program the cars every day. I have honestly never heard of "Entrance Aid" as part of the programming in a BMW or any car.
