CD changer/player with stock stereo system?

Is it possible to wire in a cd changer or cd player into my stock stereo system in a 1988 325? And if so, how?

i dont believe it is. ive got the same car, and what it did was just put that tape adapter thing in the tape deck and use a discman.

there is no input but one can be added by putting in a channel trasceiver. put a controller on the console and just turn the radio to 88.1. that is how we setup my old audi.

I would go for an aftermarket deck, but I don't like the way most of them look -- too gaudy and flashy. I want to keep the original look.

look at some of the sony HU. i put one in on my 91 325i and it looked really nice. it certainly didn't look too gaudy. plus sony has the red amber lights that match perfectly with your interior. oh yeah, your ride will sound light years better if you get yourself a 10" sub and amp. you'll only need 200 watts for it to sound great. man, i miss my e30.

then don't buy a deck then that you don't like. You can get ANY kind of style or look for a cd player. TRUST ME> i work at Future shop. (same thing as Best Buy)
