Ceramic Brake Pads?

Anyone have experience with ceramic brake pads? They sound like a godsend:

A recommendation of a specific brand and where to buy them would be much appreciated.

Welcome Denver 330xi. I have not used them, however I have hear that they are hard on rotors?

Go with Carbon-based pads. They are a bit dustier than Ceramics (way less than OEMs though), but will always be quiet. Check out Axxis Ultimates pads - so far the best overall pad.
