i believe you get auto headlights and auto rain wipers, but you lose out on the leather option, only the alca whatever suede and cloth. my dealer told me that the 04 runs you 800 more, but i'd imagine it's due to the standard auto rain/ light sensor.
i like having leather and dun mind not having the sensor, so i'm happy w/ my decision to go w/ the 03 ^^

I for one can vouch that the rain sensor is nice to have in FL. It works very well. Although I have not noticed much difference using the sensitivity adjustment (sens is adj using the intermittent switch on the right stick).
The adaptive lights are pretty amazing also. Of course I don't notice the adaptive brake lights. But the adaptive headlights are really cool.
I do find myself leaving the auto-on headlight switch in the OFF position unless I want the lights to come on when I am outside at night. This is because if I leave it in the AUTO position, the lights will switch on whenever I am in the garage. I worry this is not a good thing as the owners manual warns against turning the lights on and off a lot.
