Cheaper way to re-program keyless entry?

Folks -

Having my car worked on right now...just wondering why BMW needs $62 of my hard earned money to change my keyless entry to unlock everything with one click instead of two delayed clicks (which is REALLY annoying in my opinion). Is there a way I can do this myself? Change other aspects of keyless entry? Some kind of codes only dealer has?

Check another dealership. Some dealerships charge, some do it for free.
