I have no experience with this, but I found this on the net:

Basically it's telling you that your OBC can't read any info from the numerous senors it's supposed to communitcate with. Check control is supposed to warn you if you washer fluid is low, if you have a tail light out, low coolant....things like that. If there are no problem it's supposed to display "Check Control OK." I would start by checking the fusebox for any faulty fuses. Next I would try to pop the OBC out of it's compartment and ensure that all the plugs are still connected to the back of the unit. If the problem isn't there then it's likely that the problem is within the OBC itself. Unfortunately the only solution would be a replacement unit.
