sweet. I like seeing a variety of cars on the roads. Now, on top of the joys of driving, you get to enjoy the joys of traffic jams that we get too.

i thought with communism you were not able to own something like that? I don't know much about china, which i'll admit, but from what i've heard you were not able to even go on the internet without being watched over?

china is opening itself to the western world and markets very much. the current government still sticks to communist ways, but at the same time they are liberal and realistic enough that you can't life without being that open. as a result of that china experiences a huge economic boom and development that is even pushed by the government. investment is the key word and besides energy and electronics, cars and mobility in general is THE market in china.

I kinda like the wood on the sport steering wheel. I have the same wheel but mine has plastic where the wood is on that one.

Where can I get the wood piece I wonder?

You can order it from your dealer. I used to have an Aluminum piece before switching to the M3 wheel. Just takl to the parts guy and he'll be able to look up the part in the system.

They've got special Economic Zones that are basically capitalist pockets in a communist country. The almighty dollar or kuai (chinese for the dollar unit) is might seductive indeed. I think those special zones are basically in all the major coastal cities like Shanghai and Hong Kong. That's not entirely accurate, but an easy to understand generalized explanation.
