I noticed a very small part of the front bumper is likely scratched. It is underneath the car and you cannot see it unless you crawl down from the angle with your head almost touching the groud. It's like some scratch on hard plastic, feels rough, but doesn't seem to be very deep. I guess it's a scratch on the coat. Though it's only for a very tiny area and underneath the car, I was wondering if there's anything I can do to protect this area. Thanks a lot.

How did it happen? Did you scrape it on something? I think the only thing you can do to protect this area is be careful of where you put your low front end.

The whole area under there is made of plastic so you dont have to worry about rust, and if you can't see it, and it's not broken apart or anything, I wouldn't worry about it.

You have likely scraped the clear coat and possibly the paint off down to the plastic.

I was doing my touchup the other day for all the rock chip....then I notice there was like a little void or dent right at the bumper where it curve in ( apprx 2 inches) . Its so small to notice unless you look at it real close up..The paint look perfect does not have a scrath on it . Could this be a defect some how ... Im usually pretty careful with my car like paking far away...only had the car for 7 months or so...I going to bring my car in the dealer next week and see what they say...

Its always worth a try . My dealer has a dent doctor that checks all the cars for repairs . Maybe you have one at your also ..
