Hi Guys!
I have a new problem on my hands recently with my 87 325. A day or two ago my clutch started loosing pressure after I had it depressed for a bit longer than for a quick gear change. It would come to life if I pumped it. So I figured that there should be air in the system, so I bled the system today, replacing a lot of old and dirty fluid from the system. There was a bit strange thing going on while bleeding. When my friend would stop pumping the pedal to add liquid to the reservoir, and then continue pumping there were some new bubbles occurring. Afterwards when everything seemed right I drove the car and it again felt like there is air in the system. The slave cylinder was recently replaced, and the surrounding areas were clean. I don't notice any lose in brake fluid and the brakes are fine, so I don't know where to look at for problems. I suspect the master cylinder, but I want to be sure before changing it.
I would really appreciate any help, since it’s my daily driving car…
