Convertible Top Cleaner

My convertible top has some stains on it probably from the tree under wher i parked.
They look like some kind of wax.

How and with what should they be cleaned?

I tried with a damp soft cloth but no positive results.

Also what kind of leather cleaner should be used for the leather seats so that they stay soft and wrinkle free and avoid those aging lines...

I use Ragg Topp on my convertiblem RaggTopp . I use Zymol leather cleaner and conditioner on the leather. Zymol

As stated Ragg Topp has a cleaner and a protectant for your top...assuming that its material...I would wash with the cleaner using a super soft plastic brush one that is used for your fingers....then with a shop vac and a brush attachment clean the top of all the lint....spray on the Ragg Topp let dry and use the shop vac again with the brush attachment to suck up the residue.....will be as good as new

Does BMW use anything else? Hehe! I use a lint roller to get the lint, a shop vac will not work.

Have ordered these products off the web or picked them at Pepboys or stores of car accessories?

The stains have been there for 3 days and I have bee very busy with work and school. Would a car wash center take care of it as the stuff will need a week to ship to my place?

Service Engineer Soon Message

i do get a Service Engine Soon message when I first turn on ignition I think to position 2.
When turned to position # 3 the light goes away.

anyone knows what it is?

I would not allow a car wash center to do this for you. I would order the products and do it as soon as they arrive.
