Hello,
I have a CPO '01 330 cic that I bought last fall (build date was 5/00 - original delivery date was 9/00), and I was wondering what needs to be done for winter maintenance (I live in the Northeast).
I took delivery last fall, and I didn't think much about winter prep at the time, assuming not much needed to be done in a 3-yr old car w/32,000 miles. But now it has 40,000 miles on it, and it is due for a service in 2,500 miles as per the computer. I asked the service advisor for his input, and he said he said only the coolant and belts should be done for winter (the coolant and belts are original). Apparently, the thermostat is not replaced at the same time as the coolant, and the hoses and transmission fluid are not replaced/flushed either. Brake fluid was replaced last year however.
Does this sound like correct advice to go on? Any other ideas on what I should have/not have done at this time?
Thanks in advance! -Keith
