Creaking driver seat - HELP!!!

The driver seat of my 2001 325ci started to make a creaking sound a few months ago. It appears to be from the plastic at the base of the seat. I've brought my car into the dealership for repairs 3 times but the noise is still there!!! They've replaced the entire base, tightened the plastic frame, but no dice...the noise remains.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, PLEASE tell me how I can get rid of it.

I've just started having a squeaking noise coming from my suspension on the right side. It only happens , or I can only hear it when I get in and out of the car. Do you think this couls be the same as yours? I have to get mine looked at soon . But you're sure its the seat huh? ..maybe its susp. like mine..good luck . I hate going rounds with the SA's at BMW when they can't find or fix a problem.

jonnyz16, the noise you are hearing when you get in and out of the car is your emergency brake. It just means that the emergency break needs to be adjusted or pad needs to be replaced. The dealer will due this under warranty.

PS I know this because I had the same issue with my 2000 323Ci

thanks guys, but its not the suspension

It's definitely the seat. When I go slowly over bumps, the noise gets real bad. Anyone else have any ideas?
