Yes, most of them will stay in Germany, but some other countries will get some (but not the US).

By tweaking the engine design, hp is up to 350+ from 333. The weight is about 400 pounds less than the standard M3 using advanced composites and stripping out just about all creature comforts. So 0-60 times will come down a bit from 4.9 (like who needs to go faster than 4.9?). Not even considering the the extra cost (about 20K more), I would rather have the standard M3 since it is more comfortable and quiet. I guess if you're looking for performance, you don't care as much about those things. I'd rather have power windows, mirrors, door locks, sound-deadening material, stereo, and more comfy seats and still have a great sports car. The CSL is almost strictly for driving at the track while still being street legal. It is a hot car, though. No doubt about it. I just wouldn't want to live with it every day.

I just saw it at the Frankfurt auto show. It also has a Carbon Fiber Roof. No stereo. No Moonroof... and a front sub-spoiler in carbon fiber. I believe in addition to the HP increase, it has a more aggressive suspension. Costs about 90K.
