after 2 alignments the dealer could not seam to get my car alighned perfectly straight. I had a thread last week about the chain of events.
It had a slight pull to the right after 2 alignments, and is scheduled to go back this Wed for another. Well this weekend, I had a cousin who owns a shop with an alignment machine, before he hooked it up he check the tires and found 32 psi in the right front and 48 psi in the left front. after equalizing them to 35 psi each the car drives straight. Amazing!!! The fricken dealer should have caught this, they monkeyed with the PSI, because I check them monthly and they are always dead on 35 psi. those pricks are going to hear about this!!!!!

hehe...glad you resolved this isssue. I would write a letter to the Service Manager at your dealer. Maybe you can get a free oil change out of this.

Seems like the last person asigned to "finish" your car by checking pressures got distracted by the hot blond customer prancing by the service area....

Glad you got it resolved. Lesson learned, always check those tires yourself first if you encounter a steering/pulling prob, especially if the car has just been serviced......

Hate to say I told you so, but this same event happens to me everytime I go in for a tire rotation/oil change every 5K. It's been happening for over 4 years, I presently have 127K on my ride. They rotate the tires and never, never, never adjust the PSI in the rear or front tires which makes it handle rough. I on the other hand do not think about it until I'm down the road and have to stop at a service station and pay $.50 to adjust the PSI. Good luck getting them to make simple changes that will enhance customer appreciation.
